How the hell do you get through to this place ? Tried a few numbers as i'm terminating my subscription as my contract is up but every number i dial is greeted with 'it will be an hours wait ' They don't want you contacting them eh ?! Even the live virtual chat , Once i said i was leaving the operator left the chat !
Making it as difficult as possible for you not to cancel !

I feel your pain. Just had an issue with Marks and Spencer over an online order. Passed from pillar to post, unable to speak to people on phone, minimum 48 hour wait for response to e mails, twitter etc. Could not get anyone to speak to me at all. So frustrating.
Had a message from a journalist asking to contact me as she is currently investigating their poor customer service.

Got through a sneaky way !! In the options on the phone i pressed 2 'upgrade to sky glass ' Someone answered right away !! Bad crack , A team ready to upgrade you but won't answer cancellation subscriptions !
