Best bet is maybe Kieran Power? kpower@hibernianfc.co.uk
He would know who to speak to within the club and is on the ball at sorting stuff out for fans.

What are you looking for specifically re something quiet for lunch? As in, within the stadium or just somewhere in the general vicinity? I'm also autistic and sympathise with the sensory issues this visit is going to present, but not sure you'll have much luck finding somewhere quiet in Leith on the day of Hibs v Rangers (though someone local may know!).

abrown@hibernianfc.co.uk
One of the reasons you might not of heard back is Ann only works part time for the club.

If you're looking for a quiet space near the ground then your best bet would be one of the parks in the vicinity.
To the east you'll have Lochend Park, and Montgomery Street Park or Dalmeny Park to the west of the stadium.
Lochend will be quieter in general when approaching the stadium.
I imagine you may have things with you to assist your son, but worth pointing out the Fringe offers free sensory backpacks to borrow containing ear defenders, fidgets etc.
The only thing that needs to be returned are the rucksack and ear defenders.

we have her contact number.
To be honest the contact and trying to contact and information re HIBS falls short of a club that is Top Drawer and is ok having fancy hospitality etc.
If you have Autistic son who requires specific help and information and my other son information re his failed mascot experience?..
very disappointed with HIBS …

As others have said Ann Brown is part time but she did send out a general email the other day to disabled fans so she was definitely working this week.
There used to be a club directory available on the website which stated the days that Ann works but for some unknown reason the directory appears to have been recently removed so I can't confirm the days she works.
Someone should definitely have had the decency to reply though.

I think I have contacted the club 3 times in the last 10 years regarding various things. Two emails I received no reply and one even more bizarrely I got a reply 11 months later. I think there really needs to be a look at how the club deal with comms from supporters. I hope your son gets sorted and the club does a good job of supporting him.

Im pleased to say the club have been in touch Kieron power and Anne Brown too!,
They are sorting something for My Autistic son and looking after him and a quiet place after match to eat his meal.
my other son has been sorted as mascot as he had travelled down from Isle of Lewis to Last season Ross county game ,but they refused mascots at last minute due to covid?.
I pleased to eventually get everything sorted but Club needs look at supporter information and contacts etc and emails from main Hibernian site seem not to get through or answered in appropriate time !,
I would love to help them free of charge sort this out for everyone.!!!.
Top marks to Kieron at HIBS !….
