Someone's correctly pointed out that we can afford to draw with Ireland and get four points v Ukraine so it's maybe not quite so crucial to get two wins v Ukraine but we'll see what happens.

Far too many players collapse at the slightest contact where a player just pushes their head up against them but actually thought that was getting towards a genuine Glasgow kiss the boy gave him. The impact was pretty clear this time. Not enough to need stitches but definitely good contact.

He absolutely made contact and as I said it was definitely a red card offence but it didn't seem anywhere near as bad as forcing McGinn to the ground in agony.

Certainly no sympathy for the Armenian player though it was a crazy thing to do.

I actually criticised Kane on this thread at the time of the incident, although I have seen replays of it since and it probably was a penalty as the Hungary player did stand on his foot.

Kane went down very theatrically though, no doubt about it.
