Lloyd Grossman played guitar in short lived punk band Jet Bronx and the Forbidden, who reached number 47 in the charts with ain't doin nothin' in 1977

On a similar punk theme Josh Brolin was the original drummer in the band Rich Kids on LSD who were one of the more influential hardcore punk bands of the 80s.

When your life flashes before your eyes before death it's apparently the brain looking to see if you have been in the same predicament before and how you got out of it .

De ja vu is information bypassing the short term memory and going straight to long term making you think you've already been/seen it before

Seve Ballesteros never achieved a hole in one. Seems unbelievable given his talent and the number of rounds he must have played, but it's true

Judith Love Cohen NASA engineer helped create the Abort-Guidance System which rescued the Apollo 13 astronauts. She took a printout of a problem she was working on to hospital the day she went in to labour. She finished the problem, let her boss know then gave birth to Jack Black
Pedantic I know but she actually gave birth to Thomas Black.

So what, we're all older than The Rangers FC.

Wrong posy quoted. I meant to quote the Gwen Stefani one.

I was racking my brain about this one, I knew he played the great Fred Davies at the start of his career and beat him well, possibly in Ronnie's first year as a pro, but I thought Fred Davies would have been too young to play in the '38 World Championship, but having looked it up it was actually his 2nd appearance at the world championship. He never won the title until 1948. Shows how close generation actually are.

im sure I saw something that said there’s a strong likeness between him and one of the supposed tramps who were photographed being ‘arrested’ near the grassy knoll but no record of the arrests exists

World War II is technically still ongoing between Russia and Japan. They never signed a peace treaty, are still in dispute over the Kuril Islands / Northern Territories and peace talks recently broke down as a result of Japanese sanctions over the Ukraine invasion.

Certainly our brains are capable of inventing a unique person (although even a “unique” creation would be composed of facial and body features that we've seen before), and there is nothing that would necessarily prevent a sleeping brain from doing so

    - Giraffes, the long necked African herbivores actually munch on dead animal bones. Given their restricted diets giraffes tend to lack phosphorus and calcium, both of which they get from discarded bones.

    - The state in the USA closest to Africa is Maine in the very NE of the USA.
