That's brilliant. Hopefully means we sell more tickets and if we do the club might be better at pricing going forward.

Superb that. Would be good to see something similar happen with league games pricing.

Presumably get a solid 20,000 given if we just reduce the ticket prices, attendance will go up.

What the pricing should always be for this type of game.
Few quid saved is welcome at this time of year.

I think we would be looking at 5k at £20/£10 so hopefully double that.

Do you think your security can keep you in purity, you will not shake us off above or below. Scottish friction, Scottish fiction

[QUOTE=Billy Whizz;6811249]Can we sell more than 500 tickets for this game, at this stage[/QUOTE
I wouldn't have thought so Billy, unless they've been given the heads up that it will be ok.

I opened this thread before knowing the announcement so I'll be honest and say that I did fear the worst!
Very glad to be proved wrong though and it is of course excellent from Hibs. This game will be very poorly attended and I think it's great that those who do choose to attend (provided we are allowed of course!) are rewarded with excellent pricing.

Cove pricing
Well done Hibs.
It’s annoyed me in recent years that we have not applied common sense to cup tie ticket prices and also rewarded ST holders with further concessions.
This time they’ve got it spot on! Credit to Cove too.

Last cup game at home was a shambles pricing wise. It was too expensive and Kilmarnock fans were able to get a ticket cheaper than a non season ticket holder Hibs supporter.
Spoke to Ben Kensell in the East Stand concourse (him and Ron were going round checking on the new catering) and he said it was totally unacceptable. He was just in the door and hadn’t had any influence but said he’d have tried to get season ticket holders in for free had he been involved.
I never thought that would happen but I think the pricing for this game is fair.

Wonder if there is a possibility to donate tickets for this like the semi final. I was unable to donate just before Christmas but in a better position now and brilliant pricing

We will be lucky to get 5000 at this game given its a Thursday night at 7.45 live on Aunty Beeb. Have they said what areas will be open yet. Can see us trying to get everyone into the East for this one.

As season tickets aren't valid for this game, ask the "singers" to get tickets for a one off trial standing section in front areas of the East.
Good pricing! Not sure it will increse crowd size by much tho given its on BBC for free.

Very good pricing and fair play to cove for understanding, anyone know roughly how many they will bring?
I hope the Famous Five is sold out with some noise.
