St Johnstone (or was it Dundee Utd actually?) had the same issue with a Scandinavian signing recently I’m sure.

He probably wouldn't have played anyway but is it easier to get them for Japanese players (celtic) than Scandinavian now we aren't in the EU? Could this be a further issue towards the end of the window/going into the derby?
