Anyone know of the chances of being able go get in to the Gala vs Bonnyrigg or Kelty vs Edinburgh City games?

Had a look online for avg. attendances etc. but not a lot of info to see if it's worth the journey
If you download the Fanbase app, you can tickets for most lower league games inc Kelty v Edinburgh City

A group of ten of us head down for hospitality every Christmas. It’s a great wee day out and decent value at £45.
That sounds very decent. I’m looking for a day out with my old boys team mates and might look into that.

Spartans v Vale of Leithen the day for me. Vale have conceded something crazy like 130 league goals this season so there should be goals atleast.

I am here as well on the terracing! My daughter goes to Cowdenbeath goalie Cammy Gill’s goalkeeping academy, so we thought we would go along to watch for something different.

Cowden doing pretty well at 0-0.

    Huddersfield 1 Swansea 1.

Huddersfield very lucky to get a draw. I was on front row of Upper tier where players come out. Recommended.

One thing, they checked everyone's covid passes and I mean everyone.

Not nice and a club that have a bit of history. Nice setting too, I remember a very young Steven Fletcher scoring a few down there in a friendly approx start of Mowbray era.

It honestly could have been 12 or 13. Vale looked pub team standard.

Not too bad Billy. Had a bit of composure on the ball but Cowdenbeath as a team were so much better than Stenny. They didn’t look like a bottom of the league side and their front 2 were a handful all afternoon

Yeah, Cowdenbeath played very well, was really pleased for them, and their wee band of fans (which included us today) who are extremely good at swearing

    Gala 0 bonnyrigg 3

Good following from the rose, Lee Currie still got a fantastic left peg.

Rose on top first half and deservedly 2-0 up.

Gala under Jimmy Scott came out the blocks second half and were denied a few times with good defending and goalkeeping, one effort looked like it had crossed the line but not given.

Bonnyrigg scored in the last minute to wrap up a great 3-0 win and stay clear at the top of the lowland, 2 more points than at the start of the day as rangers drew 2-2 at the braves.

Lentil soup for £1, the bargain of the season.

Ropey referee today also, thought he was very inconsistent.

Bonnyrigg look certain to win the Lowland League and will be favourites to be promoted to League 2. I wouldn't imagine Linlithgow Rose will be far behind them but there's already big clubs with big money (relative to their level) in Boness, East Kilbride, Spartans, Berwick Rangers and a few others in the Lowland.

It's definitely a league worth going along to watch a game in if you have a spare weekend. I was really impressed with Spartans today, they moved the ball really well (although the opposition were admittedly not up to much).

Penicuik Athletic 0 Tranent Juniors 3

Tranent bossed this game from first to last.

Going to be an intriguing run in but Penicuik need to improve on that showing. Spoke to a Cuikie supporter who was honest in saying he thought they had over achieved this season.

Darren McCormack played centre half and never looked out of controll. Crazy considering he’s now managed by Calum Elliot.

Juniors were well worth their win. Will keep a close eye as season progresses.

On to Celtic Park, a return to ER and then the muirhouse pilton derby next Saturday.

    All the best.

The ref got a torrent of good old fashioned abuse midway through the second half there from the Cowdenbeath fans. V funny!

And I don't think it will be long until the Ayrshire junior teams join up, lowland league will get tougher.

Bonnyrigg a streetwise team, play 3-5-2,don't give much away and big mcgachie up top is a handful.

A few older boys but Robbie horn has them drilled and a strong unit, all boys are in positions they thrive in, Bradley Barret has some engine on the left and Dean Brett does exactly the same on the right.

Another 1-0 win for Preston yesterday who go joint top of their conference with a magnitude of games in hand over their rivals. If they do get promoted and Tranent fail to go up then it’ll be some premier division next season with Haddington also in the driving seat in their league, and Dunbar, Musselburgh and Tranent all in the Premier division already.

I think it will be tough for the East of Scotland Premier league winner to get promoted this season as it looks like they’ll be playing Auchinleck Talbot as West of Scotland league winners in the play off (if that is still the pyramid rule). Will be some game though either way
