Bonnyrigg look certain to win the Lowland League and will be favourites to be promoted to League 2. I wouldn't imagine Linlithgow Rose will be far behind them but there's already big clubs with big money (relative to their level) in Boness, East Kilbride, Spartans, Berwick Rangers and a few others in the Lowland.

It's definitely a league worth going along to watch a game in if you have a spare weekend. I was really impressed with Spartans today, they moved the ball really well (although the opposition were admittedly not up to much).
Linlithgow need to get into the lowland league before worrying about league 2. Said it so many times now, the pyramid is in such a healthy place with number of teams involved but the structure needs sorted now. League winners shouldn’t be playing 3/4 play off ties to go up. It shouldn’t rely on if a team comes down to determine whether promotion takes place etc.

Unfortunately the clubs higher up the league chain won’t ever agree to it but for teams to find their place it shouldn’t take 20+ years to sort it all out.

I think it will be tough for the East of Scotland Premier league winner to get promoted this season as it looks like they’ll be playing Auchinleck Talbot as West of Scotland league winners in the play off (if that is still the pyramid rule). Will be some game though either way
Having watched Auchinleck at the Pennypit struggle massively against 10 men with their resident referee in charge, I’d say they’ll be more worried about Tranent/Linlithgow than the other way around. Will be a cracking game as you say though.

Good point. Lithgae’s run of form has been unbelievable over the last few months.

Indeed, great wee day out on the train though, pity The Border Rambler has lost the plot with it's prices, used to be interesting on a Fri/Sat night. Caledonian Hotel is a tad different from the Edinburgh one! 😀

Was there for a night game some years ago, it was a nightmare finding somewhere to park, took me an hour after the game to find my car.

Sadly no, was going to be going to Cowdenbeath v Forfar, but postponed due to COVID outbreak in Forfar squad.

Unfortunately won’t make it due to a chest infection but game of the day is in East Lothian as Haddington take on Leith in their top of the table clash.

There is a car park quite near the ground at the top of the hill so I'd try there first. Pretty sure it's on left hand side. That's where we parked.

Decent ground is Stockport. Huge stand behind the goal and rest all a bit tiny compared.

    Enjoy.

No game for me busy with family today.

I'm guessing you mean Newcastle and not Exeter 😁. I was there last summer for the rugby league, great stadium.

Been in there. Nice wee quirk that seems to work well.

This time I'll be in the Johnny "Jambo" Haynes Stand.

Think they are building a new stand at Fulham but unsure if it's open yet? Does anyone know?

I'm in Nottingham this weekend, really keen to check out forest ground but as usual they are away.

I'm actually down there again 2 weeks after and they are away again! Annoying.

Was also going to take in Eastwood Town but they are away in couple of weeks.

This is how the new stand development looked at the cup tie v Villa just before lockdown, Jan / Feb 2020. Great place to watch football. They were working it all around the preservation of the cottage.

East End Park on Friday for me. Always liked going there as a fan and hopefully a few goals down my end for the photos. always had a soft spot for the Jags too and would like them get up to the top league again. Yogi doing a decent job at the Pars so I'm going for a score draw.
