I can only assume we were given a smallish amount to sell ourselves as the lady I just spoke had no concerns re away tickets being available 90mins before KO.

Oh I'm not. Been to that place many a time so the only worry is avoiding the usual farcical queues and delays.

Least favourite “away day” on the calendar so can’t say i’m really looking forward to it but three points is a must. Think with this one the first goal will be the most important and go on to win.

Ideally I would have changed it up on Saturday and then played the 3-5-2 line up for this game but he will have to make a change for this one. I think it will be 4-2-3-1 with Murphy coming in for Cadden. Doidge looks like he will need a lot more minutes before he is up to speed but I’d expect him to get a good chunk of game time and will hopefully make a difference in the later stages.

Agree a nightmare think I might be doing a double trip to get tickets to avoid the near 50 min queue the last time I was there.

Yes. Not sure about the multi storey so stay outside on the ground.

St Margaret's academy car park probably an option also just up the hill or industrial estate on the left just up the hill from stadium on left going towards hospital though need to go towards Livi village to park but can walk through

Undefeated in last two there and last game was a 1-1 draw which is not what we need Wednesday.

Saw first half of their game yesterday and thought they were good and could have been ahead. Certainly don't want to go behind to them. Thought omeonga played well and sibbald was a threat.

Who knows it's a game with both teams in poor form.

Really need a fast start and dictate the ball, I fancy Nisbet to score.

I don't know if I'd risk Murphy on that horrible plastic pitch. I think that would be a good change, but I don't think I'd take the chance.

I thought Livi played pretty well against Hearts up until Boyce scored, and then they kind of started to panic a bit and play long balls. If it wasn't for Craig Gordon, Livi would probably have won the game though. They pressed Hearts really well for most of it, so hopefully there's a few tired legs there. We've had an extra days rest. It won't be an easy game, especially on that ***** pitch, but we've got to go there and go for the win.

Thought Forrest did quite well in driving Livi up the park, but he's a bit of a headless chicken when he gets up there. Prob not helped by the fact that the strikers/forward players are pretty *****. Shinnie started up front, and that Bruce Anderson is absolutely humpty.

Martindale on the news tonight moaning about not getting any decisions, when Holt should've been sent off for them yesterday but got away with one.

He is well used to saying it wasnie me mister, although he probably had a case if it was against the manky ones.
Tough game and one we need to win.

Parrafin Lamp is in the centre - albeit quite well hidden away. This isn't the spoons pub btw. I've no idea what that one is called.

Livingston in poor form and in dire need of a win. What could go wrong?

We're going to the Livingston Lodge Hotel - it's run by the guy who runs the Iona on Easter Road. 10 mins walk from Livingston North Station and about 20 mins to the ground.

The coldest I’ve ever been at a game of football was Livingston a few years back in sleet and snow - the slush on the pitch pretty much turned to ice and the game was a lottery. Tomorrow night night be the second coldest or could end up in top spot - which adds an extra bit of interest.

    Must win.

9 points from next 3 games is not a big ask

    Based on current form however….

Think he would really be up against it if we take anything less than 4 points

  31. #60
Despite the 352 providing good performances for us I’m not sure if Ross will keep it for Wednesday, if he does there may be a change or 2 to personnel.

    …………..………Macey……….

    ……McGinn…..Porteous….Hanlon….

    Boyle…….Campbell…..Newell…….Doig….

    …………..………Allan……

    ……………..Doidge….Nisbet…..

    Or

    …………………..Macey………

    McGinn….Porteous…Hanlon…Doig..

    …………..Campbell….Newell….

    Boyle…………….Allan……….Murphy…..

    ……………………Nisbet…..

Or because of the pitch a solid 442

    …………………..Macey………

    McGinn….Porteous…Hanlon…Doig..

    Boyle…..Campbell….Newell….Murphy…

    ……………..Nisbet….Doidge…..

All 3 of those teams are capable of winning. I wouldn’t necessarily drop JDH as I really rate him but think that’s what may happen.

One thing for me that we need to be wary of is Omeonga has been very good for them in terms of winning the ball back so there’s a possibility of being countered.

On Omeonga though he gives you a chance when he has the ball, he loses possession an awful lot deep in his own half from trying to play out whether that’s with his passing or getting tackled.

If we can get Campbell or Newell to press him we’ll get a goal from it.
