… is this the paying of costs in failing to get Parks of Hamilton excluded from the arbitration?

As I understand it both parties entered into arbitration accepting the outcome - so no appeal. Does this mean the Spanish archer will be paying a visit to a prominent person in the SFA?

So what does it mean? Sevco don't have to wear the Cinch logo but still get a cut of the payments?

Means that they don't have to have cinch on the backdrop to interviews. As they have banned nearly everybody from the press from their stadium who cares. Only guessing.

It's far from over. This is about whether Parks should be excluded from the arbitration process. They won't be.

The arbitration has still to take place.

Cheers Crops, I found the link this morning on the BBC sports gossip. Aye, all they have won is the right for a seat at the table, hopefully they'll have to eat humble pie.
