The clubs first edition of Inside Training is up on YouTube. Not watched it yet myself but it’s 1 hour and 3 minutes, so make a cup of tea and get comfy.

I’m about 35 minutes in and really enjoying it so far, different to the other offerings out there and a good insight into Jack Ross’s work. I love this kind of thing, far better than the sound-bite press interviews we get.

Don't say if he talks about Dougie Tripod or Barrels - I want to hear it for myself.

Agreed, I’m a big fan of these long-form interview podcasts. Sounds a bit iffy but I’m sure that’s something they’ll address as more episodes come out.

    Good first episode.

    (need better mics tho!)

The content itself is really good. But for the love of god the audio quality needs to improve for future episodes. How hard is it to put two proper microphones on each of them?

I listened/watched it on YouTube and was very very impressed with it.

Great insight to Ross, his thinking and Hibs.

Well done Hibs for giving us access to this sort of stuff.

I also never found the sound that bad?

He apologises for sound quality at the start. I didn't mind it, kind of transports you into the room.

I thought it was brilliant, really interesting.

With regards to the complaint about the audio, you’re all just a bunch of moaning *******s. It wasn’t perfect but it was fine.

Try listening to it in your car battering down the motorway and tell me it’s good enough. As I said the chat is really good but personally as someone who listens to a lot of podcasts when out on the road the audio quality is massively amateur.

good content, but I don't understand why they didn't make it a video podcast, they have the kit. I always prefer being able to see facial expression and I wanted to see what books he had behind his desk !

The content - superb, could listen to Ross talk football for a long time. His insight toward the end about how he's managed the psychological aspect of this season was fascinating. Adam asked strong, pertinent questions.

The sound - poor, but easily fixed. Have to assume they didn't have a dedicated microphone in the office, or potentially lost the high quality audio and used the backup/phone recording. Expect it will be addressed next month.

Loved it already looking forward to the next episode.

I really liked the questioning as it was flowing and reacted to what Ross had just said.

There’s a few podcasts I’ve listened to where there interviewer had a number of questions lined up and they just asked them one by one, regardless of what was just said.

I haven't finished it yet but have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.

The sound could be better but, as has been said, that won't be difficult to fix.

On a personal note, I prefer Adam to Ben as an interviewer.

It was very good, but I can't seem to find it on my usual podcast player, Pocketcasts.

Will it ever be generally the available like that?

Correct but there is a snippet of video of JR answering the question re recruitment, so they have had the cameras there and it could have been all video ,unless they are bringing out later ? It was on facebook

Nah looks like Spotify or YouTube only. Be great if they could set up an RSS feed so you can use a third party apps like Podcast Addict etc..

New one of these just been put up on YouTube. Good watch, Adam Owen this time round, some career he has had so far considering his age. Well worth a watch.
