    Really agreed with every word on your report Johnnyboy, great stuff, and fair play in crediting a couple of the opponents (would think last season would have gone a lot closer in Glasgow if Gordon had been kept on at Celtic)

    With my green tinted specs on, I agreed with your summary of all of our players (Macey, McGinn, Hanlon, Porteous, Doig and Scott in particular)

    My only "what if" was "what if we'd been able to push the boat out to get Mueller in last month instead of getting Scott on loan.

    Oh and was Dan Mackay out of the squad with illness, do you know?

    I would have personally liked to see him come on in place of James Scott yesterday, but at half time realised he wasn't on the bench!

    MacKay was on the original teamsheet but was replaced by Gullan late on, so perhaps tweaked something during the warm up?

    Season ends on December 11. His contract might be until December 31?

    we were caught in the weird police kettling policy outside the ground (during a pandemic, seemed like the worst possible way to police a crowd) and got in just before kickoff so I hadnt seen that - thanks

    hope it's not too serious as I think we could use a fit and improving Dan MacKay between now and January / Doige return / Mueller arrival

    No – we can't register him until the January window opens, but the only thing that would stop him training with us once the MLS season finishes would be if Orlando decide to be pricks about the last few days/weeks of his contract. Can't see what they would gain from it.

    The MLS play offs start on November 19th and the Final is on December 11rh.
    Presuming Orlando make the play offs but get turfed before the final.
    A couple of weeks for Muller to say his goodbyes and tie up all loose ends before firing across here mid December.
    Two weeks to acclimatise, meet staff and players and learn what he needs to know and ready to play on Jan 2nd if selected.
