They could help save the planet by stop slavering on about the darlings of hearts and rangers, would be a start

I took three things from the Aberdeen Hearts game - Hearts are poor, it wasn’t a red for Halliday and Scott Brown is a tosser.

    Don’t panic

Slippy G is looking forward to VAR next season so that all the unfair accusations of bias will stop

Anyone see the penalty they got awarded against Aberdeen?

Celtic v Livingston - 2 things - how to defend in depth and Japanese theatre is alive and well, although the Livvy defender was silly.

Based on what Halliday has been saying to open goal about Porteous’ tackle it’s a red by the criteria he uses. I was surprised to see he disagreed.

Home old firm side struggling - gets big decision late on. Certainly not shocked.

I can't recall seeing a decision like that before though I'm sure it's happened. Ironic that Madden gave a foul for ruffling the guys hair when he is happy to let heavy tackles go during the games.

Three things I took was that Hallidays tackle was meant to injure, we could do with someone like Browns attitude in our team and why were we not able to sign someone like Marley Watkins strong runner physical and while a little limited would do a great job for us. Aberdeen were good imo.

1st time a ref's given a foul out of jealousy.

Hearts are a very poor side. Their sequence of draws (largely down to Gordon) has masked just how poor. They look as bad as the team that were relegated.

    Sorry, but that's nonsense.

Agree think they are a good team good balance of pace ability and aggression. Thought they were very good in the first Derby and were good in the ball and creative. Much improved from last season.

He didn't ruffle his hair. He took a swipe at the back of his head.

It's about as blatant a penalty you'll see.

Your right, hit him with a swipe on the back of the head barely moved his hair, then he falls down backwards holding his face???
Think you need to look again at the incident for what really happened.

Yogi should have kicked him in the heid for good measure, make sure it was a pen.

Even their own fans are saying they are a poor side.

Thought that was one of the best Hearts Derby performances I have seen in a while in a football context in terms of possession of the ball. Seen other games they have been less good Saturday for example but still solid and in Gordon they have someone who gets them out of trouble

Gordon’s save from Ramirez was top drawer just after the first goal

You’re right. It was no hair ruffle, it was a swipe in anger. The pathetic reaction of the Japanese guy is ridiculous but doesn’t detract from the action of the defender.

I don’t watch sportscene often but I found the coverage of the Aberdeen Hearts game plain weird.

I think Steven Thomson must have been co-commentating on highlights as he couldn’t have been less interested or excited if he tried.

Neither commentator was present at the game. I listened to our Aberdeen game on iplayer and both were in the studio. No crowd noise at all. Cut to the TV highlights and it made it sound as if they were. They clearly forgot when mixing in Thomsons comments versus Hearts.

Some free kick by the Hearts Boy Stephen Kingsley versus St Mirren

Need to be careful not to concede free kicks outside the box when we next face them

    Credit where credit due

Big Marv thought the Bryson challenge wasn’t a second booking ?
