So Hibs have released an email with a link to the ballot that doesn't work, even though they said it opens at 14:00 today. Shirley someone tested the site before issuing the email?

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Aye. Error message. In loop back to home page, error, and repeat.
Not knowing by now that demand will be high is inexcusable, whether it’s TM or Hibs at fault.

Got logged in no problem and applied for tickets in west lower and upper gold categories. Interesting that I had the choice of all parts of the ground in each category. Does that mean I could miss out on my gold category seat because someone with a season ticket in the bronze category got one instead of me ? Not going to lie, I’d be well pissed off if that was the case.

And before someone accuses me of being elitist remember it was Hibs who chose to introduce the different categories of membership not me.

    Hopefully I’ve misinterpreted it.

It’s to do with where they are in the stadium
Gold etc are the central areas in the West and East, and fans pay more for these in normal times

Different parts of the stands for example I’m behind home dugout in West Lower so that’s classed as Gold due to its central location.

When you purchased your ST it would have had the class of ticket detailed in our purchase.

I think those that do comms for tickets use the email as the check and wait to hear back from fans what is wrong.

Would the successful applicants for county game then go to back of queue to allow others unsuccessful to get a ticket for the next home league game ?

So how did folk find out about this other than looking on here or randomly checking the Hibs official site? I haven't received any email.

I think the expectation is by the time the next home game takes place there will be enough numbers allowed so that all season ticket holders can get in.

The ballot for the next league game is weighted against those who are successful in the previous one.

Not really fussed where I am seated, will just be glad to get in. After experiencing being at the match at Motherwell on Sunday I am just desperate to be getting to games at ER again

Not that it helps but I received an email at 13.54.

Try logging into your account and checking that they have the correct email address for you?

I contacted the ticket office and they said that I wasn't registered to receive emails even though I've been getting them regularly. No idea what's going on but hopefully sorted.
