    Thank you.

I got back to my car after the game today to find I壇 dropped/ lost my wallet. I walked back to the stadium ( not expecting to get it back ) and to my surprise it had been handed in.

I知 not sure by who, so if your the person handing my wallet into the stewards I truly am grateful. A lot of money in it, bank cards and 2 personal items that I treasure. I feel blessed that I知 lucky enough to get my personal items back.

So whoever you are I thank you so very very much.

Good on the person who handed it in. You never know when it might be you that loses something and you need a stranger to do the right thing.

Good that you got it back C.

Perhaps the tannoy announcement the chap sitting beside you mentioned was for you after all. 😜

    That is great.
Is there was no way to find out who the good samaritan was?
    Well worth an acknowledgement.

Great you got your wallet back.

I learned a lesson many years ago not to carry 'items I treasure' because I no longer have them. If you need to carry 'them' take a copy to carry about with you.

Heart warming story. Decades ago was talking to a bloke from Stow I think it was, he left the game at Fir Park early and ten minutes later I noticed he had dropped a bunch of keys. I sprinted after him caught him up at the bottom of the hill Turned out to be his work and house keys. Fir Park seems to be the place for dropping stuff.

I once found a woman's purse in a street in Milngavie. Opened it to find an address and it must have had quite a few hundred pounds in it.

Found the address and handed it to the woman. She counted the money, mumbled something then shut the door. Weedgie cow. 😂😂😂

4 years ago I was on my way to the US for an indeterminate period. I had a small backpac with my wallet, passport and 3000 dollars in it.

If you know it I was sitting on a bench at the bus stop at St John's Road Corstorphine. I was deep in thought and when the bus arrived I almost missed it. I jumped up and just caught it. When the bus was about at Tesco I realised I had left the backpack on the bench.

I panicked, got of the bus and ran back.
It wasn't there. My whole immediate future was about to be ruined. Then a gentle tap on my shoulder. Turning around a man was standing holding my backpack. He had picked it up and inspecting the inside guessed the idiot who left it would quickly return.

Sometimes good people just do good things.

I ended getting married to the lady I was flying to see.
