I've ordered a couple of packs.

Just noticed this in the confirmation email -

    CLICK AND COLLECT KIOSK VOUCHERS

***KIOSK VOUCHERS MUST BE PRINTED AND PRESENTED FOR COLLECTION. (DIGITAL VOUCHERS DISPLAYED ON PHONES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) ON ENTRY TO THE STADIUM - BEFORE GOING TO YOUR SEATS AT THE START OF THE GAME - KIOSKS WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR COLLECTIONS AFTER KICK OFF***

I'm maybe being thick, but does this mean you need to get the grub before the game as you go in? Also surprised you need to print these vouchers out.

Is there any other info as to how the kiosk voucher thing is going to work?
Absolute madness. Greenest club in Scotland?

    What's wrong with contactless!

I would have tried one had it worked with the phone . Using the phone to gain entry with the digital tickets 🤨but not for the kiosk 🙄 has to be greener using digital rather than printing out vouchers

Do internet cafes still exist? Could go to Asda and print it out on some nice glossy A4 photo paper.

They are still around, Have 3 in my area (alas Dalry and Gorgie so not everyone's cup of tea)

Print outs can be recycled, food can be served in recycle friendly containers. While not ideal it's being driven by the club having to react to restrictions given to them. Likely to reduce amount of people in kitchen, if cooking and serving on demand rather than preorder more folk are required behind the scenes.

An Internet Cafe? Is this like an HG Wells novel?
I use a laptop and don't have a smartphone so I use the internet cafes if I have a laptop/internet problem. There are 3 in my area (although not all are cafes) and are usually quite busy so obviously not everyone is as well equipped or tech minded as yourself.

I didn’t realise they still existed either.

I have only ever used the 3 I mentioned and they are still there (over 16 years now). Some have branched into mobile phone/pc repairs and as I said they are not all still cafes as such (but I still use that term as I don't know of any new term). Students/young folk seem to be the bulk of the customers and it must still pay or they would close/change.

I'll be eating before I go into the stadium but seems a bit daft that you can't show your order on your phone in the same way that you can show your ticket on your phone to get in.

Seems to me like the club may not be too keen on providing food to too many people tonight and are trying to put people off.
They probably don’t have the technology in the kiosk, so the physical paper is the only way they can accept to hand you over your food

I was thinking more along the lines of being able to just physically show your phone's screen as proof of your order.

Presumably you get an order confirmation on your phone once the food's been purchased?

Just a swipe on your phone when collected, like ‘too good to go’ do, would prevent others collecting on the same order

I’m hoping our future cashless plans are by using cards you top up or indeed just by accepting contactless now which is more and more common rather than this!
There’s no top up cards, it’s just straight forward chip and pin.

Aye, that must be the reason, but it's one that should have been thought about and sorted before we got into the games. I want a pie tonight, but I've no printer so I'll no get one. Same goes for the 2 others I'm going with.

OK. I thought smart phones, iPads and 4g had killed them all off. Obviously not quite and a handful have survived. Mind you, aren't Gorgie and Dalry stuck in a noughties timewarp? 🤔 🙂

Same as me. Printer out of ink and don’t bother as usually use the office printer, just seen this after I left the office today and ain’t going back in. Total pain in the arse and anything but ‘green’.

Am I going blind here? How do I get a kiosk voucher? Im clicking the link for it but only takes me to the ticket page to buy a ticket, no option for the food kiosks?

Any of our devotees of the food kiosks on tonight. I saw a few with the food bags so just wondering what the fare was like?

Good to hear but being a tight-fisted git and hopefully once we are up and running properly, I will be able to investigate this further! Not the whole £7.50 package, just a pie, maybe lol

Collected mine on the way in last night. Wasn’t actually expecting to have to but the kiosk was to be closed by half time.
Steak pie and chips, couple of tubs of sauce and salt and pepper in the bag. Chips were “oven chips” but decent quality fir all that.
Coffee choice was cappuccino or Americano. A bit limited to be fair but it’s early days. There were other options of tea and something else.
It was actually quite filling, if you have gone to the game without having had your tea, and much the same value as you’d get for a chippy pie and chips.
I’m not sure about the take it or leave it of fairly limited choices and having to preorder but confident the club will get up to speed. But in these days of keeping budgets tight pre order will at least ensure less waste

I'm the same, will try it when it isn't the set menu of pie or hot dog etc chips and drink but I appreciate this is the best way for them to do it in the current circumstances. Sounds like the quality is better so don't mind paying a bit more.

My boy had the sausage roll kids pack. For £4.50 it was pretty decent. Decent amount of chips (not fries) which were tasty (I stole a couple), sausage roll was tasty and what seemed like a large diet coke. Not sure what the difference was to an adult meal but can't imagine much.
