Try Halfords. They can advise on what you need as well as supply and fit. From £350 they say.

Depending on what size of van and the combined weight of the car and van you might need to sit a Car and Trailer driving test. Depends when you passed your driving test and the combined weight being over 3500kg.

Got this from the RAC website

Do I need a towing licence?

If you passed your driving test before 1997, you don’t need a special driving licence: you can even tow heavy caravans with similarly large and heavy SUVs. If you passed your test after 1 January 1997, you are restricted to a combined maximum allowable mass of 3,500kg.
This won’t be an issue for normal-sized cars and caravans but will be if you’re using a large SUV to tow a heavy caravan: the Land Rover Discovery 4, a popular tow car, weighs 2,700kg alone.
However for further advice on towing, including useful tips on how to tow and trailer licences, read our complete guide to towing a caravan.

Remember to check your towing capacity when choosing your caravan.
    Check the details here.
Basically a small car towing a big caravan is an accident waiting to happen.
Enjoy, caravaning is a great way to holiday, freedom of the open road and all that.
