    7 a side/11 a side hibs.net teams?

Are there any 11 a side .net teams looking for a Goalkeeper. 7 a side would also be alright.

Looking to get back into playing as not had a game since Covid.

    Cheers

If you want a casual game to get you back into it we play 7 aside at sighthill pits and goalkeepers are a rarity

I'd love a game of 5's, but ideally for guys 50+. Walking football doesn't really appeal, I still want to, ahem, run (just not that much).

You might be surprised just how fast walking football is, we play 3 touch so the ball is always moving, as are the players. If you fancy a wee try and you are not too far from Linlithgow just let me know and we can maybe arrange a go for you.

Cheers and thanks for the offer. I'm in Edinburgh, so it's a bit of a hike. I just wondered if any of the organised league had teams for the older player. I know there is some walking football at the community centre at the Kirkgate, might well try and see how it goes.

Leagues have understandably been cancelled this year, hoping to restart soon. We have over 50s, over 60s and can put an over 65s together too! Age is no barrier, we have two players in their mid 70s(altho we have an unwritten rule that we give them a bit time/space!

I play walking football two or three times a week here in Dunfermline.
I would certainly recommend it. The pace might surprise you as mentioned above 3 touches means the ball is always on the move.
Played at Starks Park last night in a mini competition. Great fun.

Do you play for Raith or East Fife Dave? If so I may have played against you, probably kicked you too!
