You have posted some strange stuff recently. A Hibs top was disgusting, defending a female Hun who you said wasn't being racist when she clearly was and now Nisbet is a prick!!
I suppose to be fair he is 16 which maybe puts things in context. But there are some flumps around today...

Delighted for him, impressive team to score your first goal against. Perfect timing ahead of the tournament too, food for thought for Steve.

I was halfway through a post being critical of him in this very thread when he scored, so scrapped it.

In the very spirit of hypocrisy I’m genuinely delighted for him.

Right enough. I remember the goal but I thought it was a euro 96 qualifier.
Was lucky enough to be at that game in Riga
The abuse levelled at DJ during the warm up was disgraceful from
    the Tartan army
I decided to plead his case but it just brought abuse my way. Until he scored one of the best goals ever scored for Scotland imo
I just turned to face his detractors with my arms outstretched and received
many a handshake from the now DJ converts
Set up a goal at Ibrox v Sweden with an outrageous dummy and DJ also won the penalty in Belarus to win the game
You could say Hibs got Scotland to the WC in France.

Great for Hibs, puts his value up. Hopefully he can bang in a few more and get us the maximum return.

I don't want to see him in a Hibernian jersey again, so it's a win win, all round.

Or you could say that some TA are a bunch of ignorant welts that go to the odd game of football when there’s a pish up involved.

Nisbet looked a very good player tonight - some of his touches were sublime and his link up play was spot on.

I’ve not always been his biggest fan but you sometimes forget what a meteoric rise it’s been for him - it’s pretty amazing really.

Even if he's knocking in 20+ goals a season?

We are certainly just a stopping off point and perhaps with no crowds it has been a bit more evident that there doesn’t appear to be much connection to us.

Can’t quite put my finger on why but not a player I’ve taken to at all. Probably a combination of not seeing him play live yet, coming over as a bit arrogant and the suggestion he wanted to leave after 6 months.

Why would you want a goal scoring international striker never to play for Hibs again?

Yes I once was discussing a tactical change Scotland made at HT against Bosnia in Sarajevo
We were overheard by a TA stalwart who accused me of being Statto
He was dressed in Kilt and timberland boots but he had decided to add a fez to the ensemble. Hard to take a man in a fez seriously.

There's a few likely answers to that.

His goals per minutes ratio for Scotland must be up there with the best?

Feel the exact same about him. It's so weird. But if he makes us a good bit of money when he does leave then it can only be good for Hibs.

Some very obvious ones, including some folks having - very - short memories. I'll take the money and invest players who want to wear that jersey.

9/10 we will buy younger players, looking to develop them before selling them on for significant fees. If we sell Kevin Nisbet this summer then we are succeeding with our strategy.

We then find the next one and repeat.

    I agree 100%.

    It’s not that I don’t like him, I just don’t love him.

He feels a bit like Ulysses de la Cruz. Here for a reason, as a stepping stone to somewhere he actually wants to be. Suits us, as his next move will likely net us a lot of cash, but you’re happy enough to see him leave and earn Hibs cash rather than be devastated to be losing a player who is almost impossible to replace, in both the football and emotional sense irrespective of the fee paid to Hibs.

Have to say, there's not a lot I disagree with there. Handing in a transfer request like he did was a **** move from him, not a big fan after that I have to say.

I also agree he thinks he's better than he is, although he is still very good he's not good enough for a move from Hibs yet imo, anonymous in too many games.
Couldn't disagree more. He has a touch and movement way beyond the standard of this Hibs team and he will score and do well with a better service in a higher level team, be that Scotland or Dan Saf.

Why would you not want him to play for hibs again? That's ridiculous. He's flawed but he is a good player.
