I'm no good with links but I noticed Macron have revealed Motherwell, Notts Forest and Stoke in the last couple of day. Forest is a belter, Stoke is just bog standard boring but poor old Well have been handed a stinker imo.

Not sure it looks much different to last year's shirt.

I did like the Forest one though, it was very good.

The Well one looks OK. Their colours will never look good but as Motherwell strips go I’m struggling to see how that would fit into a stinker category for them.

I’ also struggling to see ‘belter’ status for the Forest one. Not much to offend anyone with I suppose so goes into the OK category fo me..the sponsor also looks too high on the shirt for my liking.

I like that Motherwell kit. I’ve liked most of their kits which generally keep pretty close to their classic look. I’m not sure what you’re seeing to label it a stinker. That Forest kit is pretty unremarkable imo. Opinions and all that though.

Sorry cant link it but Inter Milan have introduced a fourth kit. Looks like a cycling team top. Google it.

There’s no suggestion that’s what the kit will look like though. Purely for illustration purposes. I’m sure they’ll do us proud.

Yeah I got that, hopefully something along those lines, always get a strip for my boy every season so it wouldn't really matter what it looked like as he would end up getting it anyway

It's just a red top with boxt in the middle. Wouldn't say it was a belter but its nice.

there’s a pattern in the material which maybe doesn’t come out to clearly in the pic

There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

Motherwell have never had a decent home strip, it’s always hideous.

    United we stand here....

    Cool.

I guess I underestimated how much time people are willing to waste mocking up a fake football top!

Although he said that it was a total fake, it looks to me like a mock-up web page to show what would be published on the day of a launch. It makes sense for the web designer to have quickly knocked together a shirt showing up to date sponsor, maker's logos, etc.

I really can’t believe grown men/women get so stressed about the shape, design, texture, shade of green of a football strip. I bet your/our kids couldn’t give 2 hoots about it either, I can’t recall worrying about the shade of green on my new Hibs strip as a youngster🤔

A map outline of Leith would work though.

Would it? There's not really any official borders which would be insatntly recognisable as leith

Agree, but it would be cool if there was some way Leith is brought into it. I liked the Man City get that paid homage to the Hacienda, so some kind of cultural reference like that.

Most of all I'd like something new and different that makes a statement - esp for the away and 3rd kits, even if it means some people love it and others hate it. Better than just middle of the road

The Royal Yacht would be beautiful purely for the seethe from a certain element of the Hibs support

Take the Harp, Castle and Ship from the badge and use them as background watermarks on each of the kits.

Harp & the word Hibernian on the home kit, Castle and the word Edinburgh on the away kit and the Ship with the word Persevere on the third kit
