Some mentioned Strachan for the DOF job here, the McGhee signing is one reason that should never happen. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

The Strachan situation is sackable. He overlooked good candidates, one being a Dundee fan and proven SPL manager in Jack Ross for his old mate that has never done a good job as a coach.
You'd think it was a one off jobs for boys situation, but he's going and employing his son in his first ever manager job. That's not even excusable at this point, it's the age-old jobs for boys mentality that's ruined our game for year's.
Anyone suggesting he should be involved with Hibs in any capacity after this needs to give their head a wobble. He runs Dundee with blatant nepotism.

Will fail at both as neither have money to back him like he was backed at bankrolled Kelty.Hibs.nets negative posting legend and unofficial ticket agent.

He gives an early bounce, sometimes, but always leaves an absolute dumpster fire. Bad manager.

Ian Murray to be appointed Raith Manager
Probably means Kevin Thomson heading to Dundee, but they seem a bit of a basket case just now

James McPake being announced as the new Dunfermline manager today.

Has done a very solid job at Airdrie and cut his teeth over a decent period of time.
Raith a step up, with higher expectations.
If he was to do well there, promotion & cup runs etc, then that's when you could see him being more justifiably in the frame for a Top 6 Prem job (Dundee Utd, Aberdeen, maybe even ourselves in the fulness of time)
He's not there yet, but Raith looks a good step up after a solid grounding at Airdrie.

I think Raith will be announcing their new manager very shortly doing by social media.
Did I read it's likely to be Ian Murray?
