I see Alex Rae has been appointed interim Assistant Manager to Paul Ince at Reading
Maybe keep him off our TV screens for a bit, he’s not my cup of tea

Weird that yin. Rae is a tosser and Ince isn't the nicest of people. His laddie plays for Reading also so it looks like they've appointed him on the basis he goes to games watches his son and got in there with the owners.

Sure they won last night - his boy scored the winner.

Just weird. If he keeps them up it will be justified I suppose. Same club gave Marc McNulty £15k pw and didn't play him.

He seems to be questioning himself and own ability. He came in with a want away captain, Dele Ali who was way out the picture and an average squad. Spurs are a bit like United, both been left behind by Chelsea, Citeh and Liverpool.

Did you see him have a go at the young lad after the game, he was just wanting a pic with him and nearly gave him a slap, he has previous for this when he lost it with Aberdeen fans in 2017.

I enjoy watching his team, even the highlights from the game against Spurs they are fantastic going forward, just not taking chances and can't defend on the counter attack!

Bielsa was hugely popular at Leeds, but he never seemed to learn from hammerings. No team can keep conceding so many goals; he should have been more flexible, making the game tighter against the better teams in the league. Leeds are always good to watch, but often it's for the wrong reasons: them conceding a stack of goals.

Plays high press man for man marking, it'll work against some teams but not the very good ones with better players, he has no plan B system and when important players get injured, the team has struggled.

i was reading the other day Raphinha has a(i think) £60m+ buy out clause but this goes down to £26m+ if leeds are relegated, that's a lorra lorra cash to lose out on, changes should have been made a few weeks back when Leeds lost at Home to Newcastle, that was a real biggie

jesse marsch was expected to replace Bielsa at the end of this season anyway

Orta and Kinnear are expected to leave in the summer as the 49rs want to bring in their own people onto the board

should have been emptied many transfers ago(£25m for dan james a disgrace, just to start with), no surprise Kinnear either, few clips around of a warm sad exit for MB, still had time to thank everyone and sign merchandise for fans, no surprise 49ers will want yank Marsch in the dugout.

edit, just saw he is indeed new coach

They are certainly devastatingly committed to attack. That's about it.
