At least Lennon at Hibs and Celtic worked with who was already in place

It's a huge job that the majority of managers will jump at and the right man will be well enough supported by the board to do a good job.

They’re going to struggle for someone decent now. They’ve got 2 very tough CL qualifiers before the league gets going and are going to need to bring in something like 10 first team players. There’s a good chance of getting a doing in Europe and then the manager will already be under extreme pressure
