Hibs playing in Europe next season, players will get more attention playing for us than them across the road which could bring in a higher transfer fee should the player impress, making agent and previous club with sell on fee a lot richer. The days of losing players to Hearts are gone.

They wouldn't be good at what they do if they didn't put the player's needs first. What is best for the player works out best for them in the long run. Fair play to them.

He did actually defend well in a few games. I think this was just totally the wrong move for him. Didn't settle, got an early injury. Clearly had decent technical abilities.
