I'm at an age where comfort is the main priority when buying footwear. For golf I've got a pair of Sketchers and for just knocking around my favourite at the moment is Brooks Ghost.

I'm much the same, I'm quite particular about trainers now after a few bouts of plantar fasciitis. Asics make some lovely light trainers that fit me just right, they're my go to brand these days.

9 pairs of Adidas I think. A couple of pairs of Paul Smiths, some New Balance, Diadora Borgs, probably some Nikes somewhere and Allbirds.

Quite possibly more than I need.

Quechua £9.95 walking shoes from Decathlon. Very comfy. Good for kicking a ball around too. They have Asics quite cheap. No Adidas.

Adidas for me too. Think 8 of my 10 pairs are three striped. Canny beat Superstars, white & green if poss. Some cracking Nike Air Max these days too. Nothing comes close to my Troop trainers if the early 90’s though.

Adidas trainers all the way for me, currently have roughly 49 boxes stacked up. Most of the trainers are BNIB with tags, some rare, some not so rare but they'll never decrease in value.
