Its a shame we dont have anyone firing out details on the Hibs stuff for this. Looks like we are wearing the almost unworn grey kit.

Not quite, but after our third they said 'visitors hit a lucky winner to make it 3-0'

We were time wasting 4-0 winners against Dundee Utd according to their report.

Jim, nothing surprises me with that lot, I'd imagine if social media was around in 1973 they'd tweet 'Hearts edged out in a close encounter, all the possession but Hibs more clinical on the break and earn a hard fought 7-0 win'

Hearts were terrible, Hibs miles better in every Department, Booboo Nielson standing there at ht like John Wayne while JR gives them a roasting, by look of that Nielson going nowhere, don't think we had a shot in first half, same lifeless football as first team

Can anyone find the Hibs line up.

Believe it or not the week after the 0-7 game there was a piece in the Pink News more or less saying this. "Lucky breaks" etc.

I used to coach one of the kids in the hearts line up. Would be good to see if any of the others are in the hibs line.

I recognise a few of these name from the Youth Cup a few years back, and recent info from Hibs

Presume it’s Murray Johnston in goals, Jayden Fairley, McKenzie Weir, Jacob Blaney, Josh O’Connor starting, with Jake Furness and Eithan Laidlaw on the bench

Did we ever find out the goalscorers against Utd last week?

  23. #22
Anyone know how Jayden Fairley is getting on?

Heard good things about him a couple of years ago.

The lack of coverage from the club is pretty abysmal.

This explains it, but doesn’t justify it
Why so many vacancies in key positions, quite worryingly

Some good jobs up for grabs right now.

Big Ron obviously making changes and putting his own choice of people in.

Partly down to coincidental timing, partly down to the pandemic response restructuring I think.

This is good news IMO. The communications team is being expanded again, after being down to the very bare bones during lockdown and beyond. Two of the original team were lost in the initial downsizing, then of course KM moved on recently.

It'll be interesting to see how an almost entirely new team will approach things, but I'm sure there are big plans for the department.

Great result for the U18s might I add, very encouraging to see. Can't wait to see Josh O'Connor in action. Goes without saying that you'll be keen to get back to the youth matches eh, you're usually our resident reporter.

It used to be volunteers that done match reports and the likes - is it now the digital content manager that does it?

They don’t pay a lot of money though so can’t imagine it’ll attract experience.
