Strategic partnership or not, they’ll loan their players to the highest bidder.

Any rumours for Hibs yet? With pre-season rapidly approaching I'm surprised we haven't had a least one tangible rumour leak yet, never mind a signing...

Hope we aren't waiting for more loan departures, releases and sales before we bring anybody in. The kit man will be getting a game shortly.

We currently have 27 first team squad members which is 4 more than we finished the season with.
That extra 4 players includes 1 new signing but doesn't include the much touted Ethan Laidlaw

Danny Rose signs for Watford, wonder if that means they will drop interested in doig

  6. #2615
I’m sure we will be waiting to see who goes out the door first and also I’m sure there was an article about Hibs willing to wait for targets and not rush into it.

Also hearts say they want Middleton from the huns.

Rose will be a first team starter.

I would imagine any team in the premier league looking to sign Doig isn’t looking at him to go straight into the first team at his age, especially given he’s only had one full season in a different league.

He will be a young talent for the future who will likely be loaned out or integrated into the team gradually.

Getting a job as a Football Development officer - i though he would just become a full time referee.

Odious little prick on the field whose only redeeming feature as a footballer was how much he milked out of them for virtually no return.

Apparently a decent guy off it though, no doubt he will join the ever-expanding circus of ex Jambo clowns employed by BBC Scotland

Gutted by that. He was rinsing them for a rumoured £8k per week as a player to keep the physio company. Hope they have given him a pay rise for his new role!!

I’m presuming he’s still on the same contract, just doing a different job
Can’t see him giving up his last payday

See Grant Murray has left Edin City, to get assistant head coach at Queens Park
Thought he was still coaching at Hibs?

I have a vague memory of LD saying Grant Murray had a managerial future on a radio talk show?

Of course I would and so should he but what a waste of money paying a youth coach more than the Prime Minister. You couldn’t make it up, but great to see them pissing more money up the wall.

Benefactors have put in over £11.7m over the last 4 years
God knows where they would be, if someone actually managed that money for them😎

He was part of the clear out due to covid and Ross bringing in his own backroom team, good coach.

Yes I know but due to a smaller squad the coaching staff was trimmed, hence why he went to Edinburgh City, a good coach and well liked.
