I think the sensible decision would have been to make season 20/21 null and void, but nominate Brora on the basis that they missed out last season.
As has been pointed out, it's farcical that anyone has been declared champion.Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.
