I’ve got a bad feeling we’ll absolutely **** the bed on Saturday. More than happy for hibs to prove me wrong though.

6 point gap after Saturday at this stage would be a massive boost.
    You're certainly consistent.

A win would make the remaining games a lot more enjoyable and perhaps put it beyond Aberdeen. Huge game today.

It would also be in Aberdeen's hands though, and they'll fancy that they can beat us at Pittodrie.

I don't like the thought of going up there needing a point. The last 15 minutes of a tied game would be excruciating! 😬

But you're right, today's game is not a must win, but it would be a very important one.
If we go to Pittodrie needing a point, then Aberdeen would need a win and that would suit us as we're better on the counter.

But my fingernails don't want it to come down to that so a win today would be very helpful, although not essential.
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

Yes. Massive game for Jack Ross. A must win game to keep it in our own hands.
Agree it’s a big game but if we lose it’s still, most certainly, in our own hands to finish third.

It would only be in their hands if they fancied winning a few games by a few goals.

Mathematically yes but do you really think the team will be full of confidence about winning the necessary number of points to secure 3rd place after a run of 3 defeats against teams that we should have beaten?

I think we’ve been crap since we beat Aberdeen. But irrespective of what happens today it’s in our own hands to finish third. They’re chasing us and they’re hardly going to be full of confidence with how they’ve been playing.

Now we are coming to the business end of the season and have ambitions to finish 3rd and win the Scottish Cup every game is a massive game.
A win today and 6 points ahead of Aberdeen would be massive.

If we lose today we are still above Aberdeen by 3 points and a superior goal difference so even if they beat us in the split we would probably still be above them (if we match their results until then). Still very much in our hands. Win today would make things a lot more simpler though.
Misread the league table earlier. Saw 9 each but that was rhe loss column, not GD

    Great win though!
