You can if you shut down the whole service.

Lothian Buses are doing it here due to a different set of ********s.
remove the means for them to get to the event and you have a lot less people there.

Where on earth are you getting that idea from?
There had been meetings between Goverment police and others about Sunday’s game Reassurances were sought Surely someone must have thought if fans congregate a lot will get public transport into city etc
How difficult would it of been to ask the questions what the position with public transport and the suggest to the transport bodies not to
Put on more trains or why’s ever it is is being increased
It’s common sense to me Putvon
More transport and more fans may choose to use it
If the increase was to happen as pArt of plan to get things back to normal ,delaying it a day wouldn’t be the end of the world
The government knew Celtic were going to Dubai and when the **** hit the fan they weren’t happy
They weren’t happy with title winning celebrations
They have sought assurances about this Sunday but I would of thought take no chances and don’t make it easier for fans to travel

    ...

AFAIK, it was a decision by the Glasgow Subway, not the SG.

Contrary to popular opinion, the SG aren't in charge of absolutely everything in Scotland, or consulted about every decision, so I'm struggling to see where you get their involvement in this.

And you've also successfully cut off a key public transport route for the entire day.

    Honestly....

Said on Scottish news some of those self isolating were having to do so as they close contacts with fans who had tested positive But it didn’t give a breakdown

The Falkirk area's full of red, white and blue kerbsides this weekend and they've even changed one of the speed limit signs to "55".

Noticed Bonnyrigg has had kerb stones painted as well. You would think it was their first ever trophy!

All this celebration and vandalism today just goes to show, once again, that Rangers are totally and completely defined by their relationship with Celtic. Pathetic.

Lots of fairly sinister messages appearing all over Renfrew these last few days, and the main road leading into the town centre bedecked with UJs on the lampposts today.
I dont know about other heavy gers areas but we've been having the fireworks for days now and at all times of the day, really antisocial stuff. 6:15 am this morning... really? I'm all for celebrating but the local plod should be cracking down with that sort of stuff.

Carberry today. Clearly a hotbed of Hunnery??

  26. #805
The whole painting the kerbs and hanging flags is schoolboy stuff. I get it costs money to clean up but it's relatively harmless.

The more sinister messaging needs dealt with though as does the people out partying again. I understood it, without condoning it, after they actually won the league. Today is just antagonistic and needless nonsense.

Scotland this past week has significantly more covid 19 cases per 100,000 than any other part of the UK. I wonder why?
