    Four wins on the trot

Excellent going and credit to the manager and players. Must have been a while since we last did that?

Boyle returning to form has been a big part of it.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, vodka in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

He’s pretty much involved in any major moment in a game at the moment. Goals, red cards, assists.

Makes a huge difference when he’s playing well.

I wonder if his change in position brought that on, or just a coincidence

Think Cadden and Irvine coming in have made a huge difference to us as well.

When did we last win 5 on the Bounce? With Aberdeen playing Celtic a win next week could be massive.

A few weeks ago we were worried about Livingston and holding onto 4th. Jack Ross out was gathering pace.

For me, the upturn in results, performances and the general mood, is down to one thing....

Darren McGregor coming back into the team. An absolute colossus.

Boyle is Hibs ace card and makes all the difference. But full credit to Ross and the team for driving on, after those disappointing semifinals. If we can get 3rd place, with no Scottish Cup, it will be a huge reward for the club at such a tough time financially.

And that's us finally won two in a row at home to put an end to that poor stat we had going around a few weeks ago

    First time in 28 months.

As you say it's good to get that monkey off the back.

Visibly rusty to begin with but we managed that game very well.

Do you think your security can keep you in purity, you will not shake us off above or below. Scottish friction, Scottish fiction

Brilliant form after a poor spell. Manager and players deserve credit for overcoming that spell and kicking on in 3rd place.

  18. #18
Seen it countless times, us having a decent start then falling away. This team seem to have a bit of character about them. Already looking forward to next season with fans back hopefully

We have done it twice already this season if you include league cup.

But as for league been a while.

This mini runs and consistency are so important to stay high up the league.

We have winnable fixtures before the split too - need to keep this momentum going to finish 3rd.

They caused us problems the last time they were here. I’m confident of another win though.

    Mainly orchestrated by Turnbull

Didn't manage to watch the game but delighted to see us pick up another win.

The kind of game we should be expecting to win every time and it reads like it was fairly comfortable and routine. Just what the doctor ordered.

Big bold decisions been made to team selection since poor run,all of them justified and all of them paying off.
Still a bit frustrating at times,we need to punish teams with the chances we create and good positions we find ourselves in.

Very hard done by against Rangers too. We're in very good form just now.

Doidge seems to be the sort of player who tends to go on goal streaks. Be nice if he could start next week and carry on after the split ! He's playing well for the team, but if he contributed a goal or two we would be winning games by 4 or 5.

Really unlucky to not get an assist today when he held the ball up brilliantly and played in Cadden.

Agree but his lay off the other way to Doig was very poor. A simple lay off and Doig had a free shot on goal very similar to Cadden's.
I thought we looked far more threatening after Doidge came off. With Newell/Allan on the park, Nisbet is a better option up front. His first touch and movement for through balls from them (and Irvine) is way better.
