They are on twitter. Just go to Hibs feed.
Thanks for the info. It's a bit daft them being on Twitter & not on Hibs TV which I pay for.

Agree, I don't do Twitter so don't get the opportunity to see them.

It's probably just to get them out there for the fans ASAP.

Anyone will be able to post a video on Facebook or Twitter, even from a telephone. I think putting it up on a website such as Hibs.TV is a bit more complicated.

    Re: The penalty claim.

The defenders deliberately obstructed Doig, with no intention to play the ball. Outside the penalty box, that would be given as a foul, so surely inside the box it's a penalty?

Was definately a penalty. One defender nudges him and the other wipes him out with no intention of even trying to play the ball.

Thought it was a definite penalty and thought the Hibs commentators gave Collum way too much credit over his decision.

It's still a no from me. I think the angles shown during the game were much better for seeing what took place.

Don't think there is a better angle than that. McGowan clearly takes him out,

I know it's a matter of opinion but that's the definitive angle and it's a clear foul.

Definitely all about opinions but the angle shown on Saturday was better in my opinion and I don't think it was a foul.

I've just looked back The Match on Hibs TV just in case my recollection of Saturday's footage was different but I still stand by what I said.

It's on around 2 hours 2 minutes if you have a bit of spare time.

Maybe I am out of date, or just plain mistaken, but I always thought obstruction resulted in an indirect free kick, no?

Doig is actually tripped, though probably accidentally. I froze a pic which clearly shows the Killie player's leg taking Doig out. Unfortunately i don't know how to show it here. Regardless, as I said earlier, if it had been one of the uglies the ball would have been on the spot before Doig hit the ground!!

    Couple of points for me;

Playing pretty football is good but grinding out a result in poor conditions and an awful pitch is really good and pleasing, especially considering our recent home form.

Underrated players - Doidge and Gogic have received a lot of stick lately about how they’re not x, y and z. They showed how valuable they are and what they can offer especially in games like that. There is more than one way to win a game of football and they’re showing they’re very effective at helping us do that.

Doig - Came on leaps and bounds since the start of the season. Defensively he’s a lot tighter to his man, doesn’t let them turn, presses them quicker and more aggressively. Going forward he is a lot more composed with his final ball and the quality has came on leaps and bounds. His driving runs forward are superb and it pins back the opposition so well as seen against Tavernier and Frimpong who barely got a touch. Hopefully the more he’s known as a threat the more room it creates for Murphy as he struggles at time with his lack of pace.

Boyle - Needs to up his performances and take more responsibly to get involved and grab the game by the scruff of the neck.

McGinn - Such an admirer of him and can’t believe how good he is defensively and on the ball, my expectations were low but he has far exceeded them. If he wasn’t Scottish, in his late 20s with his background there would be much more buzz about him. Unfortunate he never came over as an unknown Spaniard or similar as people would be waxing lyrical about him.

A lot more to come from this team.
I know he's our player and he's older now, but I'd like him to get a chance to play in the Championship in England just to get a big payday like his brother. I think he'd do okay.

It would seem the referee and the match commentators would disagree.

I wouldn't be celebrating the fact your opinion is the same as Willie Collum

I like Christian but his 1st (or 2nd) touch often lets him down. For the goal he had 3 consecutive excellent touches, great to see.

Arthur Montford would have loved him because when he is on the field there are countless goalmouth stramashes.

Clear foul from the guy nearest the touchline.

Hibs tv commentator just got a ribbing on Soccer AM for his commentary ON the Kilmarnock OG. It was pretty much non existent commentary! Oh dear.

Haven't watched soccer AM in a long time. BT actually did a much better Saturday morning show with Savage, not sure if they still do it
