Surprised Hibs haven’t been pushing this as I thought it would be a popular option, and I never realised the cut off point was this weekend
Me neither, I only found out from one of my mates who phoned and told me.

4 season tickets just renewed - in case it assists my chance to be in any ticket ballot for the Scottish Cup Final

I don't think Hibs have ever publicised the deadlines. Heard earlier from someone who thinks the early bird deadline is the 15th? No idea if that's true or not.

Doubt it’s the 15th as they said they would give 7 days notice when announcing the early bird deadline.

It is 15th May for the 6 month direct debit and sometime in June for the 4 month direct debit. At least 7 days notice for end of the Early Bird.

Not sure mate but if you renew now in the six month direct debit scheme, first payment not until 28 May.

Worth highlighting that the 6 months direct debit option ends on Saturday (or maybe Friday depending on how you read it) then changes to a 4 month option.

Hibs have just sent an email advising cut off is 3pm on Friday, the site will be taken down then for a short time to replace the 6 month option with the 4 month option.

Renewed 3 out of our family of 4, just waiting for confirmation/approval as one of our family is now a student. Once that's confirmed I really hope we can all get back into ER early part of next season.

Some fans at the cup final. Make it a ballot for those who have renewed arson tickets and sales will go through the roof.

  13. #1002
I'd say its a cert it will be a ballot of ST holders.

How do you decide who’s a family
I take along 2 lads, sit beside me, but not my family

i dont think you will get that Billy. Will be one ticket per ST max out the ballot. Unless the other ST numbers came out the hat the other wouldnt get to go.

Why should someone that has a ticket for next season get a ticket when people who have one for this season that haven't been to any games but can't afford to renew not go into it?

Are your tickets linked on Hibs system? That would qualify I would think.

Not sure Hibs will enjoy having to make a decision on who the limited tickets go to with such short notice.

Because it was an off the cuff thought on how that might get more sales more quickly?

I’m pretty sure Hibs will not limit any ballot to next season renewals only so probably no need to be getting angst about that quite yet!

Anyway...2 more added to the renewals like today from me

Motherwell giving free ST’s to those who purchased one last season. Seems absolute madness from a financial point of view.

How many STs did they have last year?

Aw absolutely can argue with that.

I’m not sure a club of our size could do something similar and survive

Wonder if they’re hoping any money they get for Campbell will cover it?

As nice a gesture as that is, it is also absolute madness/commercial suicide from them.

I’m sure they’ll have done the maths and they’ll be able to handle it. Quite how they’ll do that I’m not sure but there’s no way they’re putting themselves at risk by doing it.

Seems a silly way to go about using the proceeds of one of your best young talents for a long time!
