Can anyone help with a problem I am having.

Trying to renew 3 existing tickets and buy a new child ticket. In my online basket I have to reassign each ticket to someone in my network. The 1st 3 are no problem but my daughter doesn't have an existing client ref number or anything. I tried to create one with my email but it won't let me because my account is already registered with that email. She doesn't have her own email because she is 3. It also won't let me assign the ticket to me because I already have one assigned to me or my partner because she obviously doesn't qualify for a child ticket. I don't really know what else to try.

Tried phoning the TO but it just ring through every time.
I renewed mine and my brothers but also added my aunty on this season but she wasn't on the database or she had lost her details. I just set up a new Gmail email address for her and registered to the Hibs website using it - https://login.hibernianfc.co.uk/Auth/Register

Once you are logged in you can link it to the ticketing website and also get your daughters client ref number which you can then add to your network when you log back in to your own ticketing account. Once you do that you can then assign the child ticket to your daughter

Ticket Office can make that happen - creating a profile for your daughter (similar situation for myself and my 3 year old girl for next season).

If you drop tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk an email explaining that and the best time to call you back, they can sort you out ✅
All sorted and renewed. Thanks to you and the To for their help.

Can't wait to take the wee one to her 1st game.

Anyone who’s renewed and paying with the 6 month DD to the club had any paperwork etc through the door yet?

To those who got in contact around the cool-off period for V12, thank you.

It has taken a bit of time but I have now cancelled the finance option and, with a lot of help from Mel in the ticket office, have now renewed our two tickets using the DD option.

Last thing will be refund of the fee by V12 which should land this week.

It really is at this stage, considering we haven't seen a game in over a year.

    Need some help.

I cannot log in to e-ticketing. I’ve remembered Hibs were upgrading the system and you had to take action to ensure your account. I haven’t done this!

Does anyone have the instructions of what needed to be done?

I’ve searched on here using a few phrases but to no avail.

    Cheers

Less than last year if no clarity on when fans are allowed back into games and how this will work and capacity etc

We are already half way to last years total for season tickets and with the elections completed yesterday and covid figures and vaccination figures continuing in the right direction we should get more announcement on intentions to move forward. Crowds at English games and in the Euro's will hopefully push things on as well. Can see us at 50% capacity with no away supporters which would allow most of our season ticket holders entry to Easter Road. 60% would get them all in so fingers crossed.

There appears to be a bit of a panic about what’s happening in Moray where they are unable to find a reason for the figures. This is the sort of thing that will influence judgements on relaxation.

Have we sold 5500 seasons, have not seen that reported?

Just renewed. This will be my 33rd consecutive season as a season ticket holder. Had to keep the streak going.

Someone posted 5,000 further up the page.
I presumed they had taken it from an official source which means it could be Tam Kite.
4000 was announced 7 days ago so a 100 sales a day would see us sitting at 4700 with 5000 announced next Tuesday

P.S. the ticket office is open from today for those that want to visit

Renewed on Monday with 6 month DD and was told in the Hibs email that I'd get DD confirmation email within three working days. Nothing yet though
