    Renewed on Monday with 6 month DD and was told in the Hibs email that I'd get DD confirmation email within three working days. Nothing yet though
    I also renewed and did so in first few days choosing to pay by DD but not had any confirmation either.

    I have also renewed, paying by direct debit this time but no confirmation and it's not in my emails or spam folder. Will probably have to phone the ticket office, which is a pain and is something I shouldn't have to do, but I probably will.

    Sign in, go to account history, I had two transactions, one for £385 on the day I signed up, another a few days later for £0. On the £385 one, click resend email. On that email it tells you all dates of payments etc.

    Cheers, Hibbysam, I tried that after following your advice. This is what appeared: 'Purchase confirmation has been sent to your registered email address.' Except that it hasn't, still no email, maybe cos it's a weekend, I dunno. I'll give it another day or so. but at least it looks like the DD has been set up I suppose.

    Definitely not the weekend as I tested it this morning. Have you double checked your email address? Maybe worth an email to the ticket office to double check they donít have another email address for you. If itís any help my first DD payment is 28/05/21 and that date every month going forward.

    Thanks again HS, they'd sent it to my old email address (junk folder) with a list of dates for when it's taken off even though I'd put my current email address on the new account. Hopefully all sorted, thanks again mate.

    You would think Hibs could try push ST sales before the Cup Final.

    Obviously if there were actual tickets then they could have had priority but surprised we aren't way above 5000 yet considering the season we have had.
