    I have also renewed, paying by direct debit this time but no confirmation and it's not in my emails or spam folder. Will probably have to phone the ticket office, which is a pain and is something I shouldn't have to do, but I probably will.

    Cheers, Hibbysam, I tried that after following your advice. This is what appeared: 'Purchase confirmation has been sent to your registered email address.' Except that it hasn't, still no email, maybe cos it's a weekend, I dunno. I'll give it another day or so. but at least it looks like the DD has been set up I suppose.

    Definitely not the weekend as I tested it this morning. Have you double checked your email address? Maybe worth an email to the ticket office to double check they don’t have another email address for you. If it’s any help my first DD payment is 28/05/21 and that date every month going forward.

    Thanks again HS, they'd sent it to my old email address (junk folder) with a list of dates for when it's taken off even though I'd put my current email address on the new account. Hopefully all sorted, thanks again mate.

    You would think Hibs could try push ST sales before the Cup Final.

    Obviously if there were actual tickets then they could have had priority but surprised we aren't way above 5000 yet considering the season we have had.

    I’m in the same situation. Was a bit worried it had fell through or something but logged into my ticketing account and it doesn’t come up under renewals. Could it be the first payment might not be taken til June/ July and they’ll send letters out nearer then?

    I emailed the ticket office today (by just replying to my original email which confirmed my season ticket purchase) to let them know that I hadn't received my DD confirmation yet - they emailed me back four minutes later to confirm that everything was fine and in order.

    Was very impressed

    Go to your account history mate, should see the transaction there of you buying the season ticket, and it should allow you to resend the email.

    1st payment: Friday 28 May 2021

    Surprised Hibs haven’t been pushing this as I thought it would be a popular option, and I never realised the cut off point was this weekend
