Who's ready to go? for what will be a tough game. I hope Murphy can show the class he has at this level.
Mackie left back again for me and Doidge is due a league goal.
1-1.

Great news about Scott Allan. We have missed him massively however its only light training and when hes ready to return he will probably need to do something of a mini pre season to get fit and then will need games to get sharp so i wouldnt be expecting miracles yet but hopefully the latter part of the season he will give us that cutting edge from midfield we badly lack.

Motherwell*have Scotland Under-21 midfielders*Allan Campbell*and*Barry Maguire*back in the squad for the visit of*Hibernian*following a period of self-isolation.
Gogic will need some help in the midfield, wouldn't be surprised to see three in the middle but then would have to drop either Doidge or Nisbet if we want Murphy in the 11 aswell.
PPV bought £12 good price.

JR "Stevenson back in the squad. Magennis training from Monday (though he said last week he should be available this week?), and a couple of other concerns but will see how they react after training Friday." Presume Hanlon is one of them.

From pre match email -
Lewis Stevenson and Paul Hanlon are in contention for a starting spot after recovering from their respective injuries.
Kyle Magennis is inching closer to a top-team return but Scott Allan remains on the sidelines.

Another chance for Wright and Hallberg. Difficult choices in midfield when you consider how poor Mallan's been. Can see why Doidge isn't starting, he looks like he's carrying an injury.
I'm not very confident.

Worried about a central pairing of Hallberg and Newell. I would've put Mallan in for Wright and dropped Boyle back into midfield.Last edited by Spudster; 05-12-2020 at 01:01 PM.

Hallberg has done nothing wrong when coming on recently. Worth his shot.

Hallberg improved us when he came on against Dundee and is more physical than Mallan so will be why he starts ahead of him.
Gogic and Mackie being out are big losses.
