We've been fielding calls from Sportscene and Sky Sports all morning asking us to do the Gary Neville role on their shows.

Can I ask, why the title Nordic Socks?

John was talking about them right at the start of the podcast, as he'd seen a "random advert" (I think he's got some suspect search history, to be honest) selling 5 pairs of Nordic socks for £35.

Main selling point seemed to be that they are really warm.

Ah yes, their adverts keep popping up on Instagram.

    Buyer beware.

I only do multiples of 5 unless it’s the bedroom tv and she’s asleep, then it’s single digits but less than 5.

BTW the 1-6 game at Motherwell that none of you remember was quality. Me and my mate (who’s also a mate of Matthew’s) made a late decision and left the house about 215 and we got through in time for kick off. Great game.

I'm from the West of Edinburgh (Kingsknowe/Longstone) and it wasn't unusual for us to get back from Fir Park quicker than from ER on a Saturday tea-time.
