    Not a huge surprise. Now that Ron Gordon has seen all three episodes of the Hearts documentary he'll have had a glimpse of how a big club is run and I imagine he'll try to lure one of the big guns from the Hearts management team - perhaps the finance lady who described their transfer window as chaos or the media lady who never seemed to know what was going on.

    CEO requires a serious, business heid type, not a crazy idealist. More your area, CWG; though turning Hibs into a worker run enterprise would be very popular I think. The James Connolly Main Stand - I like that.

    Can't see replacement being the obvious one here. Think Ron Gordon will have ideas and may want someone from the US. Needs football knowledge but has to be a business person. Think this has been coming for a while, in interviews Leeann has frequently flirted with the "I won't always be here" type stuff so I think she probably stayed on to help Ron Gordon get a start.

    Must admit its abit worrying. There is a absolutely no doubt she has turned this club around. The club was a mess when she took over and has turned us into a modern day club.

    Being stated on some Facebook Hibs groups that her Mum has terminal cancer,if this is the case then she has definitely done the right thing in leaving the club.
