The two semi final defeats I can't help but think we would have won both of these ties if Lennon was still in charge. Whatever anyone thinks of him he had that winning mentality. Also listening to John Collins on Saturday he certainly had the right idea. Hibs should have played with wingers and played to our strengths. I think we would be better suited to a Manager who could show some authority but also to gee certain players up. It is so frustrating to know we have good players who lack the fight required to win trophies. Major changes are required. We have to start signing players who have the right character and winning mentality.
