Players won't stay still long enough for me to look for my name. Sort it out Leeann.

I assuming magennis is dropped due to the amount of minutes he's played recently?
Any news on Murphy?

He clearly has strong attributes, and if there was ever a decent formation to allow him to take advantage of them whilst not showing up his weaknesses then this is it.
Back 3 - solid. Gogic and Newell are an excellent, hardworking base to the midfield so there shouldn’t be much defending for him to do. Big chap up front for him to try to get close to and feed off, Boyle and Nisbet for him to try and play in.
I like it tbh, and there are many set ups Hibs could go with where I just wouldn’t fancy Mallan.
He’s a weird player because he tries hard, clearly cares a lot and has a lot to offer but I’m miles from sold in him as he’s been part of many of our worst midfield performances in recent years.
Big game for him today, I hope he impresses, I really do.
I’m now going to tune out, turn my phone off and watch on Alba later...

Bright start by us. Need Stevie Mallan to put his foot on it and impose himself.

Yellow Hibs strip looks cracking.

Time for Mallan to produce an all round good performance.

We need to be careful about giving away freekicks in those areas.

We need to be closing down quicker in midfield.

Exactly the kind of moment where Mallan has to do better. Brings the header from Lewis under control and drives forward but then loses the ball.

I hate these pitches, no matter what some people claim they play nothing like grass

I don’t think we can play at our usual pace on these crappy plastic pitches, Boyle can’t get going.

Looks like we are struggling to weight passes and touches correctly on the surface. It'll pass.
