Just back from the shop and had a chat with the boys working on the orders.

The process is that they are working through the postal orders first - ones with no printing required are being done then the printed ones afterwards.

Click and collect emails started to be sent out last night. Again, no printed strips will be processed first and they hope collections will be available from early next week. So watch out for emails arriving over the next few days.

I also asked about sales and was surprised when they said only around 700 had been ordered - this is why there will be a limited supply left to buy off the shelf.

Only two boys working on the orders so a big task for them but the kits will be with you or available to collect very soon. They're doing a fine job

It's your luck on how they are cut I guess but the one place I can find my name on the front it is cut in half at the seam!

Yes, arrived this morning.

I suspect the second place has been cut too - the name that is next to mine is also in another place where it has been cut at the shoulder! Suspect it could have been solved by mixing up the setting a bit more but hey ho.

I'll search for mine when I get it next week. They're wearing it again tonight according to the guy in the shop. Not a big fan of yellow Hibs strips but I think it looks good.

I hadn't considered that. Obvious when you think about it, given the material presumably just comes from a big roll (and even without that factor, different sizes would be always be slightly different).

I would think the resin they are all different is because the material gets printed out in a sheet and then the pieces are cut from a template and then sewn together.

So every one will have variations

The yellow strip looked good on the players, but it's not a colour I'd ever wear so I saw no point in getting the shirt even with my name being on it.

I have an old yellow strip from a while back with A. Ormans name on it, and it looks pretty good in it's frame, at my age I would never dream of wearing a football top.
