Might get some cash for him if he keeps this up

Worth mentioning that he was good at free kicks before he came to Hibs. Didn't really get much chance at them in the short time he was here and actually playing.

Or we might get a really good RB full of confidence coming back in January?

Hopefully but after going to Motherwell away in January he looked a mile off

He did for the first 20 minutes. Part of a very good back 4 performance after that.

He had a decent second half.

It was a long way back for him to manage that, as he was absolutely all over the shop for the entire first half imo.

Not playing in months will do that tbf. There is a reason we won't see Gray and McGregor until the league cup.

I feel a bit for James honestly. Just about everything that could've went wrong for him did.

A club like Wigan is probably his level.

Hopefully keeps catching the eye and a few clubs want him in January

    Yeah me too.

And as bad as he was during that first half he deserves credit for turning his performance around that day.

The player who was tearing him apart during the first half has since had a decent move - he was no mug.

It was James Scott, fair enough he’s no mug, but he’s only a sub for Hull in the English third tier...

He was in decent form at that time though, and got a decent move soon after.

I know he's not the best player in the world but it wasn't an absolute nobody giving James a tough time either.

I take it some if the support just see no way back for him even if he is performing well each week? Bit strange that.
