If he wanted back down South . Good luck to him . We definitely need someone in now as it leaves us very short in the ch department.

I liked him, will be a miss. We need some depth in there NOW, Porteous will be doubtless be injured/suspended a few times this season.

I liked him too. Decent if not spectacular. Spoke to him at Paul Hanlon’s testimonial and he seemed a really nice guy. All the best for the future Adam.

all these undisclosed fees... do we have any idea what kind of figures we’re talking about?

Is there any truth in the O'Donnell rumour? Perhaps him coming in with McGinn moving into the middle if required.
Anyway good luck to Adam. He was probably our best defender last season once he got a run in the side but if he sees him families future elsewhere then you can't blame him for putting them 1st.

All the best to him, seemed like a good player and was a threat at set pieces too.

A good player who always gave his best. Cant ask for more than that from someone. Wish him well and hope he has a happy and successful career.

Wow that's a bit of a surprise. Would have preferred to keep him but understand if he's homesick it's the best for club and player.
Really hope with him and Kamberi off the books we can bring in another player or 2.

2 guys on twitter within a minute of eachother said “Sad to see him go, hopefully returns one day. Perhaps in a coaching role”
Why?

All the best to him. I wasn’t sold on him at first but once Hecky was out the door he won me round by doing his job well with some no-nonsense, solid defending and becoming a goal threat at set pieces. Good player.

Disappointed by this, he was really good last season and thought he'd play a major role in the team this term. Ultimately if he wanted to go then not much Hibs could do unfortunately.
I've enough faith in Ross et al to know that they'll be doing what they can to find a suitable replacement, whoever that may be.

Record have said he have a sell on fee, would imagine the undisclosed fee isn’t that much

I think Covid has changed a lot and Jackson probably missing his family at this time, good luck to him, not a bad player to have in the squad.

Quite sad to hear this. Thought he was really starting to look the part just before lockdown. Good coming out with the ball and a big threat in the opposing box too. Good luck big man.
