There's just such a difference in energy compared to the Lokomotiv vs Bayern game with the silence surrounding the game.

**** me, I miss fans in stadia.
I agree its like watching training games.

I think I'd gotten used to it through exposure, but going from watching a game with fans to without really emphasised just how quiet it is (though the Velodrome is probably not a great benchmark given how cavernous it is).

Lincoln are doing well under Michael Appleton, top of league one with 22 points from 9 games.

Atalanta come back from 2-0 down to level at 2-2 - Zapata with a thunderous finish!

You can watch the Atalanta vs Ajax game conclusion now - it's been a cracker!

Norwich do my nut in. I wish they'd drop down another league, but no doubt they will yo yo up again. Then back down again.... and so on.... They are predicable and dull. Far more exciting teams out there in that league.

Chelsea 2-0 up away to Krasnodar (I had to look them up - a Russian side ).

Match of the night on immediately afterward too - Juventus vs Barcelona.

4-0 Chelsea - Pulisic (he really adds something extra to this Chelsea side that's been lacking in recent weeks).

If someone could smash a ball in the direction of the young child near a microphone who's been imitating a strangled seagull for the past 10 minutes, that would be splendid.

That Man U goal would have taken 5 mins with the ruler and been disallowed in the EPL.

Think this is the right way to do it.

Not right away they didn't. They stumbled badly after JR departed.

    Or not...offside.

That's 3 goals Morata has had chalked off for offside - all correctly, but that was tight!

    Juve 0-1 Barca

He has come across very will the few times I have heard him talk. Took a gamble on reducing the average age of Lincolns team from 33 to 25, paying dividends now

Some of the young talent emerging in this Barcelona side is ridiculous.

Pedri and Fati both look absolutely sensational (though Fati isn't playing tonight).

    Edit: Fati's now replaced Dembele.
