Made the mistake of ordering two kids tops for their holidays (got back from Devon Last week) and an away one for me on pre order.

Hope they aren’t waiting for the away to come out before sending out the kids shirts.

Sent an email enquiring and got a standard auto reply saying they are not replying to emails.

Pretty poor TBH. You can log in from home and answer emails quite easily if some staff are still WFH.

Like a lot of folks I am awaiting my top even tho I got an email a week and a bit ago however when I checked the web page it does also add that there will be a tracking ref given when it’s on its way so I am now thinking that everyone got a ‘we have the strips and are sending them’ dated last week but perhaps we will get a follow up email with the tracking details etc when it’s actually been sent - or maybe I am just being optimistic

I just went into the shop just in case there had been a mistake.

Turns out the strip was there all along, the guy in the shop was adamant there was a part in the email that said if it was a click and collect then disregard the shipping information that specifically said it was being sent to our home address.

I’ve read over our email a few times and I still can’t see the bit he’s on about, anyway, no big deal.

Worth checking if you’re in the same boat as me.

Might be easy for you to nip into shop but I live in Paisley and would never have agreed to click and collect but it still hasn’t arrived
So will try and phone shop next week to see if they can check for me
Have just ordered the third strip If I have to travel through to Collect them both separately That adds a fair whack on in Petrol costs

I haven’t had a problem before iether but a few others are saying they haven’t had theirs and we were all notified at same time Bingo went into the shop and his was there when he expected it to be delivered so will phone and check next week in case that’s what’s happened to mine but I wouldn’t of opted for click and collect but if it’s there great
If it’s not then will ask Club to sort it out and sure they will Have just ordered the third kit

I was the same I went into the club shop today and it was there for collection, I was certain I had ordered it for delivery aswell. The dispatch email was a bit confusing, I only cottoned on when I realised I had paid £52(£47 for strip, £5 for sponsor) if I had went for delivery it would have been £5.95 more on top of the £52

Some orders pending that are waiting on either XS junior socks or infant kits. Infant kits and XS socks arrived separately this week.

Well looks increasingly likely that’s what will be the case with mine in that case

This is a good call out - double check the amount paid (The confirmation email from April is useful too (appreciate that feels like a lifetime ago)).

i received an email at last saying that the strips for my son and grandson were on their way to them.

Hopefully they will arrive soon or the wee one will have grown out of his already!
