I managed to login eventually on an Android phone and an iPad but really wanted the stream to be on my ‘big TV’ which isn’t a Smart TV (over 6 years old).

I’ve tried Chromecast for the phone. I’ve tried Apple TV for the iPad. However best results were using a Firestick and the native Amazon Silk browser. Excellent picture and sound through the AV receiver.

All set for 2-30pm on Saturday. Can’t wait!!

Tried clearing cache etc still saying the same.

I tried to log in at work yesterday as that's where I'll need to watch the game today and it worked fine.

Folks try dropping the 0 from your client reference number both in the username and password fields, that's what cracked it for me.

Yeah, but that's not the problem, I can get to the login page but then get the Invalid Credentials error. It's an account issue so I've emailed Support.

I’ve done that this morning worked fine for the test times. Is it not that it’s not near game time, I thought it was only broadcast 30 mins before for build up.

Guys make sure you aren't still logged in on another device. You can only be logged in on one device at a time. You may have tested it on something else yesterday and still be logged in.

I would expect there to be support today. They might not get going until nearer kick off but there's bound to be someone looking after things.

I can get in through Hibspass ok but it says International fans will get a video feed, UK fans will get an audio feed. Hopefully that won’t be the case assuming we can get in when it goes live, unless I’m misunderstanding?
