    Can you explain how !!

    Ta

ETA - thanks, just worked it out.

On my chromebook, went to Networks, Advanced, Networks, then changed to Google Name Servers

    Bingo, I am in !!
Cool, for anyone using an iPad here’s how to do it:

    1. Open settings
    2. Click on (i) next to you’re Wi-fi connection
    3. Click configure dns and select manual
    4. Delete the two servers that are already there by clicking the ⛔️
    5. Add two new servers 4.4.4.4 then 8.8.4.4
    6. Exit and retry the page it should work.

  2. Log in to remove the advert

Kept getting no server message ,so switched off my router for 30 secs .
Now I’ve got the Hibs login page but when I put my name and client ref , it’s just going back to blank and I’ve tried about five times but won’t let me log in .
Same on my iPhone ,getting through to the log in page but when I put my details in ,I’m getting a message saying invalid details.

Was the changing DNS thing covered in the FAQs?
In theory it should sort itself, it's simply the 'internet' catching on to the fact that there's a new web address on the network.

The real address... something like 122.111.333.555 this is mapped to the web address (hibspass) and the internet takes a wee bit time to tell all the servers around the world there's a new kid on the block.

Just change it on the device you are using, worked on my laptop and iPad by doing this and that’s with virgin.
Yeah, that does work. And I have the Virgin Media 'Super hub' 3. Bit of a pain you have to do that, but I assume Hibs will have it all fixed for everyone ASAP.

Got mine straight to TV via the TV browser too. 👍 Is it not available in 1080p?

It will tomorrow (or should) as the DNS settings can take a while to update. Don't panic.
