Just bought mine I've also just bought cardboard cut out as well and I was worried it wasnt going to get approved but just got a email to say it's good to go wait till the wife checks the bank account

Further positive feedback for the ticket office - I called up yesterday having emailed over the weekend re a further seat swap.
The North American lady I spoke to indicated that they were dealing with renewal issues yesterday and would be turning to swaps today - but as I'd taken the time to follow up on my email by telephoning, she'd process it there and then.
Credit where credit is due - and we now have excellent seats - couldn't have asked for better!
