I was always impressed with him whenever I seen him on tv and Tommy Wright loves him.

Ive watched a few of St Johnstone highlights with him in it on YouTube and hes as good as what i remember him.

Hes very different to Martin Boyle. Not as quick but technically better. Very skilful and can pick a pass. Defensively hes very good, works back to help his fullback.

Personally i see his best position as right wingback or right of a diamond. Looking forward to seeing how he develops.

Seems to have the right attitude and bags of talent. That’s a good combination. Welcome to Hibs Drey.

I love when we sign a player who is genuinely thrilled to be here, like Drey appears in his interview

I remember watching Josh Vela’s interview at the time and he seemed so dull.

I had a chat with 50 Cent, Eminem and Jay-Z last night about who they thought were the best wingers that Hibs have signed in recent years.

“Ivan Sproule was great” said Fiddy . “You can’t look past wee Squirrel” said Eminem. “I’ll always love Darryl Horgan for his two goals at Tynie” said Jay.

    Typical. They forgot about Drey.
    Don't do that again 😂

Could somebody explain to those of us unfamiliar with the story what the joke is, and where it started, about Drey and Ian Wright.

    Cheers.

When he was at school he was told by others that Ian Wright was his cousin, he rushed home to ask his Dad why he had never been told of his famous cousin. His Dad explained his mates were having him in on and he was no relation at all. The joke has hung about for years it seems.
